A little about this site

14 Years ago I began training and lifting weights out of desperation, I had a crippling injury and I lacked self confidence. This love for exercise turned into my occupation later in life. I’ve been training individuals for that past 9 years and have found that with a good exercise regimen, food intake, and simple nutritional habits, we can all transform our bodies and become the best version of ourselves.

It doesn’t matter if you can workout 2 days, or 6 days. You need to just start. Whether you’re a powerlifter, physique athlete, martial artist, or hobbyist, there’s no reason NOT to begin working out and building the habit. All you need to do is START, change is one step away.
